We are seeking a Identity Security Engineer – L1 to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, configuring, and securing our CyberArk environment to protect our critical IT infrastructure and sensitive data.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer support tickets & maintain SLA.
  • Interact with customers, & maintain and update reports on a daily and weekly basis.
  • You may also be required to work on implementation projects.
  • You will also be expected to create and maintain a learning path for Identity Security software
    as per designated by the organization.
  • Interact with team members and train them whenever needed.
  • Experience in Windows Admin, Linux Admin, and Windows AD must.
  • Basic knowledge of Networking required.
  • Experience or knowledge in identity security will be preferable.
  • Basic knowledge or experience in PAM is preferable.
  • Basic Knowledge of CyberArk PAM solution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with CyberArk products, including PSM, AIM and EPM.

  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, techniques, and technologies, such as access control, identity and access management, encryption, and network security.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Relevant certifications, such as CyberArk Certified Trustee, Defender, or Sentry, are a plus.
