As a Inside sales, you will required to:

  •   Calling the customers from the given database.
  •   Establish and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.
  •   Researching and qualifying new leads
  •   Closing sales and achieving sales targets
  •   Keeping up with product and service information and updates
  •   Meeting or exceeding sales goals
  •   Evaluate needs and promote products and services based on findings 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Possess 2+ years of experience in B2B telesales will be considered.
  • Calling customers on daily basis and fixing up the appointments with IT managers of the companies.
  • Good communication with a professional approach is required on calls.
  • Maintains communication equipment by troubleshooting, reporting, and tracking problems.
  • Maintains and improves quality results by following standards and recommending improved policies and procedures.
  • Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions and participating in educational opportunities.
